Product Structure High-speed disperser can produce a strong power of shear, impact and friction between the material and the dispersion disc through the high-speed rotation of the sawtooth dispersion disc, achieving the purpose of rapid dispersion, dissolution and uniform mixing. This equipment is featured by compact structure, stable performance, accurate frequency conversion, low energy consumption, stable hydraulic lifting performance, easy operation, easy disassembly of dispersion disc, and convenient cleaning. Therefore it is widely used for mixing and dispersing in coatings, inks, adhesives, emulsions, fine chemical materials, etc.
Working Principle•Under the effect of centrifugal force generated by the rotor rotating at a high speed, the material in the drawing is sucked into the working chamber from the upper and lower feeding areas of the working chamber at the same time. •The strong centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and the rotor. Under the action of centrifugal extrusion and impact, the material is initially dispersed and emulsified. •There is a line speed at the outer end of the high-speed rotor, which at least 15m/s and up to 40m/s. forming a strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, liquid friction and impact tear, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized and crushed, finally it is ejected through the stator slot. •The material is continuously ejected from the radial direction at a high speed, and the flow direction is changed under the resistance of the material itself and the container wall. At the same time, under the effect of the upper and lower axial suction generated in the rotor area, two turbulence from the upper and lower are strongly formed. After several cycles, the material is finally completed of processes of dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization.Product Showcase
